Bherminder Powar

Bherminder Powar is an experienced RPA Developer with a strong background in software development and engineering. Currently employed at Glencore since December 2020, Bherminder specializes in RPA development using UiPath. Previously, Bherminder contributed to Octopus Investments from January 2011 to November 2021, where Bherminder played a key role in establishing the RPA team and developing core business objects with Blue Prism. Earlier experience includes software development roles at Matrica (Computamatrix Ltd), Mega, and Charterhouse Communications, with a focus on web development, data migration, and custom software solutions. Bherminder holds a Master's degree in International Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Loughborough University.
