Duncan Hillier Cmgr McMi

Duncan Hillier CMgr MCMI has extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as Team Lead at Glencore since July 2010, overseeing key areas such as group reporting and credit risk teams. Previously held roles at Glencore include Credit Risk IT Application Owner and Business Analyst, managing core marketing platform development using PowerBuilder and Oracle. Prior to Glencore, Duncan worked as Lead Developer for O2, focusing on billing systems, and began a career in software development at FDM Group after completing extensive training. Additionally, Duncan has a background in hospitality management, having held various managerial positions in hotels. Educational qualifications include a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology from Bangor University.
