Joanna Feduniewicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate learning and project management. Currently serving as the Corporate Learning Solutions Lead at Glencore International AG since June 2015, Joanna leads a diverse team of 14 specialists, focusing on enhancing technology integration and fostering digital transformation within the organization. Prior roles include responsibilities as IT Team Lead and Business Analyst/Project Manager, where Joanna successfully managed software implementation projects and drove IT initiatives. Previous experience spans consultancy and project management at UBS AG, ITstein, Infovide-Matrix S.A., ComArch S.A., and Sygnity S.A. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in General Management with a focus on Digital Transformation at the University of Zurich, Joanna also holds degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication from AGH University and is a Certified Personal Trainer.
