Mia van Rooyen

Mia van Rooyen is a Senior SAP Technical Developer at Glencore since June 2022, with extensive experience in SAP technical consultancy and data engineering. Prior to Glencore, Mia served as Senior SAP Technical Consultant at G3G and held a similar position at BMW Group from May 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading projects for data extraction and engineering service provision using AWS technologies and Palantir. Additional experience includes roles at Kamoeba, Blue Pencil Consulting, triVector, Ciber Nz, and Accenture, focusing on SAP ABAP development and consulting across various sectors. Mia holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Rend Lanke College, along with an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria.
