Mohini Takoorparsadh

Mohini Takoorparsadh is an accomplished engineer with a strong background in renewable energy and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Renewable Energy and Climate Change Engineer at Glencore since February 2023, Takoorparsadh previously held the position of Marketing and Branding Assistant Manager at GlobalDerm (Pty) Ltd from December 2019 to May 2023. Additional experience includes a role as a postgraduate student at Stellenbosch University Media Lab, where coordination of social events and the annual MediaLab Camp took place from January 2021 to January 2023. Takoorparsadh also served as an academic tutor for BEng Electrical Engineering modules and held positions as Membership Recruitment Director for the Golden Key International Honour Society and student engineer in training at Glencore. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from Stellenbosch University.
