Pascal Fournier

Pascal Fournier has extensive experience in quality assurance and production supervision, primarily with Glencore since February 2014. In the role of Quality Assurance Specialist, Pascal is responsible for implementing quality practices at the CCR Refinery site, conducting audits, and monitoring corrective actions. Previously, as a Production Supervisor, Pascal oversaw a unionized production team, focusing on process efficiency and achieving operational objectives. Pascal's earlier internships include roles at GlencoreXstrata Plc, Le Groupe Soucy, and Dyne-a-Pak, where responsibilities ranged from leading Kaizen events to designing preventive maintenance programs and implementing quality control systems. Pascal holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Logistic Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and is currently pursuing a DESS in management at HEC Montréal.
