Tanya Reader, Ph.D., is an experienced educator with a career spanning over two decades, primarily within Glendora Unified School District since 1996, where Tanya has taught English and reading to students in grades 6-11, including middle and high school reading intervention classes. In addition to K-12 instruction, Tanya serves as an adjunct instructor in Teacher Education and Masters in Reading programs at the University of La Verne, teaching courses related to the teaching of reading and literature. An adjunct instructor at Claremont Graduate University for a brief period in 2014, Tanya co-taught a course focused on K-16 literacy. Tanya holds a Ph.D. in Education from Claremont Graduate University and a Master of Education in Reading from the University of La Verne.
