Helen Maritim-Adipo has work experience in the field of behavioral health and analysis. Helen started their career at SRVS as a Behavior Specialist in October 2013 and worked until March 2015. Helen then joined Glenkirk as a Behavior Analyst in May 2015 and continued in that role until March 2018. From April 2018 to June 2019, they worked as a Behavior Analyst at Autism Home Support Services, Inc. After that, they returned to Glenkirk and held the positions of Life Balance Program Director from July 2019 to September 2022 and Behavioral Health Division Director starting from September 2022.

Helen Maritim-Adipo has a diverse education history in various fields. Helen began their education in 2007 at Hope International University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2009. Helen then pursued a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at The University of Memphis from 2010 to 2012. Continuing their education, they completed a postgraduate masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014.

Additionally, Helen Maritim-Adipo has obtained several certifications to complement their education. In August 2012, they became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor from the CRCC (Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification). Following this, in August 2015, they achieved the status of Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
