Mr. Sriram Venkatasubramanian heads Glenmark’s Global Operations and Supply Chain Management, that spans over 11 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across India, US, Argentina and Czech Republic. He has extensive experience of over 24 years in supply chain management and operations, and has driven business transformation programs, with leading multinational organizations in the health, food and beverage (dairy), consumer goods and IT sectors. Before joining Glenmark, he was Regional Manufacturing Director for AMESA (Africa, Middle East and South Asia) at Reckitt Benckiser (RB) and part of the Health Business Unit Leadership team for the Region. During this period, he also served on the Board of RB India, RB Healthcare India, RB Scholl India and Mead Johnson Nutrition India. Prior to RB, Sriram worked with Fonterra, Colgate Palmolive and Wipro across multiple locations in India, China, Sri Lanka and Singapore. He is a postgraduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has a B. Tech. in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.
