Amber Ferrero, CTFA, is a Client Development Officer in Glenmede’s New York office. In this role, she is responsible for the development of new relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments, and foundations.
Ms. Ferrero joined Glenmede as part of the Relationship Management Services team, providing support to Glenmede’s client-facing teams in areas including account opening and closing, client and account record maintenance, fee processing, error resolution and specialized reporting and research. She took on the additional responsibilities as the Separately Managed Accounts Coordinator.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Ferrero served as an Operations Analyst at JP Morgan in New York, where she was a member of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Enhancement program within the Office of Foreign Assets Control team. During this time, Ms. Ferrero worked to enhance the Firm’s Global Sanctions Program Standards in order to reduce corporate risk and implement best practices.
Ms. Ferrero received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from Villanova School of Business. She also holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.
