Elle Carolan

Elle Carolan is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Managing Director and Director of Client Services at Glenmede since February 2011. In this role, Elle collaborates with Middle Office and business leadership to enhance client experiences, drawing on a strong grasp of best practices and regulatory requirements, while upholding Glenmede's core values. Previously, as Vice President and Solutions Leader, Elle provided change management and strategic initiatives to shape the firm's future. With a diverse background in relationship management, project management, and marketing analysis, Elle also designed and managed intern programs and contributed to high-level strategic communications. Prior experience includes roles at Independence Capital Partners and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Elle holds a BA in History and Art History from the College of the Holy Cross and further education from the Cannon Financial Institute.
