Prior to joining Glenmede, Mary-Noelle practiced with Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mary-Noelle earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.

Mary-Noelle served for five years as an adjunct professor with Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program, where she taught Fundamentals of Testamentary Transfers, and is currently an adjunct professor with Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program, where she has taught Business Planning for Closely Held Enterprises since 2015.

Mary-Noelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and studied fine art at the Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Prior to practicing law, Mary-Noelle worked in disaster relief and recovery with various non-governmental organizations.
