William J. Christy

William J. Christy, CFP®, is a Wealth Planner- Wealth Strategies in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. He supports the Financial Planning Director, gathering and analyzing client and prospects' financial planning documents to create recommendations that assist clients in identifying and realizing their financial goals.

Mr. Christy joined The Glenmede Trust Company of New Jersey as an Investment/Operations Coordinator and moved to the Company's Philadelphia headquarter when he assumed his current position.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Christy pursued a career in the defense electronics industry, working for RCA/GE Aerospace/Martin Marietta. Prior to beginning his professional career, Mr. Christy served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Christy received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. A member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
