David Callaway is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in criminal and civil law. Currently a partner at Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes LLP since April 2023, Callaway previously served as a partner at Goodwin Procter LLP and Baker McKenzie LLP, advising clients on complex cross-border and regulatory matters. A former Assistant United States Attorney and Chief of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, Callaway specializes in prosecuting securities fraud, economic crime, and cybercrime. Early career roles include Deputy District Attorney in Santa Clara County and positions in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. Callaway holds a Doctor of Law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Santa Clara University.
