Skye Tian Gao

Skye Tian Gao is a Partner at Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes LLP, specializing in high-stakes litigation across various sectors, including private equity and venture capital. Since February 2021, Skye has guided clients through all phases of litigation, handling complex disputes related to commercial transactions and antitrust issues. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, where substantial litigation experience was gained in complex commercial matters, as well as work as an Extern at the Legal Aid Society, successfully drafting an Article 78 petition, and as a Summer Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, where Skye contributed to a notable Fourth Circuit brief. Skye holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a B.A. from Barnard College, and has also studied at the University of Oxford.
