Established in 1960, formerly as the Elk Creek Soil Conservation District, the Glenn County Resource Conservation District (RCD) engages farmers, ranchers and the community in protecting our resources through various educational projects and programs. We continue to address natural resource concerns and pursue opportunities that benefit Glenn County.
