Michael Eustace CCM, CMCA, currently serves as the Executive Director, COO, and VP at Boca West Master Association since October 2022. With extensive experience in property management, Michael has held the role of Property Manager at Gleneagles Country Club since December 2006, where responsibilities include strategic planning for long-range projects and serving on the Golf Course renovation Ad hoc committee for a significant $5 million project. Prior experience includes serving as Facility Manager at Isleworth Golf and Country Club, overseeing daily operations of a large clubhouse and associated facilities. Michael's education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate's Degree in the Professional Pilot Program from Palm Beach Community College.
