Gary Bagshaw

Gary Bagshaw has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction field. Gary started their career at VDOT in 1987 as an Engineering Technician and Construction Inspector Sr. Gary worked there until 2001. In 2006, they joined Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager.

Gary Bagshaw attended Huntingdon Area High School from 1968 to 1974. Following that, they pursued higher education at Penn State University from 1974 to 1978. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for either institution.
