Steve Lipsman

Steve Lipsman is an experienced data analytics and development professional with a strong background in MS VBA and SQL. Currently serving as the Manager of Incentives Data Analytics at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Steve has significantly enhanced audit processing tools for the Business Operation Assurance incentive program. Previous roles include positions at Glenn Rieder, LLC, where Steve updated work order management systems, and AMLI Residential, where a data cleansing application was designed for managing vendor data. Additional experience spans across various companies in roles focused on developing and enhancing reporting tools, managing data models, and automating processes. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
