Troy Goss is an experienced project manager and development executive with a strong background in overseeing multi-million dollar commercial projects across the United States. Currently serving as Project Manager at Glenn Rieder, LLC since January 2016, Troy coordinates project schedules, planning, and execution while addressing constructability issues. As Vice President of Development at TRU Development Co. since February 2023, Troy adds leadership expertise to development initiatives. Previous roles include Install Coordinator at Sparks Custom Retail, Office Manager at PGTS, Independent Project Manager at Streamline Construction Co., and various positions at CTI / ConDev General Contractors, where Troy managed project estimates, materials, labor coordination, and communication with city planning and clients.
