Rachelle Allen, MBA

Rachelle Allen, MBA has a diverse work experience in the sales and quality control fields. Rachelle began their career in 2005 as an Intern- Quality Control Lab for Mary Kay Inc. where they examined and performed analytical quality control tests on all of the raw materials that went into every product. In 2009, they took on the role of Lab Technician for Fresenius Medical Care, where they sampled and tested in-process and finished product samples to ensure the product met the approved quality specifications. In 2010, they became a Sales Representative for Emultec Specialty Products, where they gained an exceptional understanding of safety documentation and technical dossiers of personal care raw materials. Rachelle was able to successfully communicate scientific information to individuals of various different backgrounds and professional levels. In 2015, they worked as both a Regional Manager South and a Sr. Technical Sales Rep for Omya. Most recently, they have been a Regional Sales Manager for Glenn Corp since 2022.

Rachelle Allen earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biological and Physical Sciences from Oklahoma State University between 2005 and 2009. Rachelle then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University between 2011 and 2014.
