Eric Scheider

Eric Scheider has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and positions.

Starting in 2001, Eric served as a Principal Software Developer at Deedroom Services, LLC for five years until 2006. During this time, they also worked as a Principal Software Developer at Atria Senior Living for a brief period.

In 2006, Eric joined Humana as an Enterprise Architect. In this role, they directed stakeholder engagement and cross-organizational initiatives to align strategy with business goals. Eric established Humana's Business Capability Modeling Framework for planning and strategy.

From 2017 to 2018, Eric worked at US WORLDMEDS, LLC as the Lead Architect, where they introduced standards and best practices for solution and project architectures. Eric established an Agile Project Management methodology and the organization's data warehouse architecture.

Eric returned to Humana in 2018, this time as the Lead Solution Architect for Humana's Wellness organization (Go365). Eric collaborated with business stakeholders and user groups to solve business problems and developed technical solutions for future state recommendations.

In 2022, Eric joined ConsultNet as an Enterprise Architect, serving on the Enterprise Architecture Migration Team for a major healthcare client. Eric advanced the enterprise strategy by consolidating and migrating the enrollment/eligibility platform for the state of California, and modernized the application portfolio with a tech-forward methodology.

Currently, Eric holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Aline, starting in February 2023.

Additionally, Eric volunteered at Community Ministries in 2018, providing temporary emergency assistance to families in need in the Mt. Washington area.

Eric Scheider pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pensacola Christian College, studying from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1998, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), and the following year, in 1999, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification. Eric also achieved the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows 2000 Server (MCSE) certification in 1999. More recently, in 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification.
