Heidi Klausen

Heidi Klausen has held various roles throughout their work experience. Heidi is currently working as a Software Product Manager at Aline, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Atria Senior Living as a Business Optimization Analyst from December 2017 to April 2021. Before that, Heidi worked at CVS Health, where they held two positions: Senior Advisor, Enterprise Career Maps from March 2017 to November 2017, and Advisor, Enterprise Career Maps Rotational Program from August 2014 to March 2017. Heidi started their career at Cigna Specialty Pharmacy in 2006 and held multiple positions, including Operations Senior Specialist from April 2012 to July 2014, Operations Senior Specialist from July 2010 to April 2012, Customer Service Specialist from January 2009 to July 2010, and Operations Specialist from July 2006 to April 2009.

Heidi Klausen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations, with a focus on Marketing, Transportation & Logistics, at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Heidi Klausen has also earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2021.
