Philip Ducie

Philip Ducie has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at Glennon Brothers since April 2019. Previous roles include Group Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd from June 2010 to April 2019, as well as similar positions at Green Isle Foods and SAP Landscapes from 2004 to 2010. Philip began a career in human resources at Dunnes Stores from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Coaching from Technological University Dublin, an Advanced Leadership Development Programme from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Diploma in High Performance Leadership from the Irish Management Institute, a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick, and a Bachelor of Business Studies specializing in Human Resource Management from Waterford Institute of Technology.
