Patrick Marshall is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in asset management, engineering, and design. Current role as Manager of Assets, Engineering and Design at Glenorchy City Council began in March 2019, following a tenure as a Senior Civil Engineer at COVA from March 2018 to March 2019. Prior to that, Patrick held the position of Project Manager in a secondment role at TasWater from December 2016 to December 2018 and worked as a Civil Engineer at SEMF from November 2013 to March 2018. Initial engineering experience includes a Project Engineer role at Visionstream Pty Ltd from October 2012 to October 2013 and a Graduate Civil Engineer position at SEMF from February 2010 to September 2012. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of Tasmania between 2006 and 2009.
