Michael (Mike) Serembiczky has extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Glenroy, Inc., previous positions include Director of Surface Mining & Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Consolidations & Finance Excellence at Komatsu Mining. Additionally, Michael held the role of Vice President of Finance at Cielo and served as Controller at Merge Healthcare. Earlier in Michael's career, roles at Quad/Graphics included Corporate Consolidations Manager, Accounting Compliance Manager, and Manager of Internal Audit. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word between 1996 and 1999.
