Hillary Alycon, MPH, CIC, CPPS, CPHQ, CLSSGB has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Currently, they serve as the Associate Vice President at Glens Falls Hospital, where they have achieved ISO 9001 Certification and received the US News World Report Best Maternal Hospital designation. Hillary has also successfully increased contract payments by 35% through improvements in provider documentation, rapid change models in Sepsis response, and HIM/Coding review teams. Hillary gained research experience as a Research Intern at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, where they conducted descriptive epidemiological analysis of work-related injury data.

Hillary obtained a Doctor of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Public Health at the University of New Hampshire-Manchester between 2013 and 2015. Hillary also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Keene State College, which they earned from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Hillary has a Professional Diploma of Arts in Anatomy & Physiology from River Valley Community College from 2006 to 2008, and a Phlebotomy Certificate from the same institution in 2006 and 2007. Apart from their educational achievements, Hillary has obtained various certifications. Hillary is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) since December 2022.
