Marc Rubino

Marc Rubino is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. As the Founder and CEO of Kings Ventures since 2007, Rubino has built a premier boutique investment firm specializing in guiding small to mid-sized businesses through complex transitions. In addition to founding SmartPAR in 2024, which focuses on AI-powered healthcare solutions, Rubino serves as CEO of Clark Services Group and Treasurer at Glenside Auto Sales Company, Inc. Marc also co-founded Redline Automotive Merchandising and held the role of Executive Chairman at GoMoto™, which was acquired in 2020. Additionally, Rubino served on the board of Predian, a company leveraging cloud-native AI for innovative inventory management solutions.
