Anna Ables has a wealth of experience in marketing, public relations, and community engagement. Anna has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Brand Strategy and Community Engagement at Glenview Park District, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at The Theatre School, DePaul University, Sponsorship Associate at Chicago International Film Festival, Director of Public Relations and Outreach at Oklahoma Arts Institute, and Assistant Director of Programs at Oklahoma Arts Institute. Anna has proven success in developing and implementing marketing plans, managing teams to ensure a positive experience for patrons and team members, and collaborating with creative professionals to produce marketing materials and content.
Anna Ables holds a BA in Science with a focus on Public Relations, Communications, Dance Performance, and Dance Management from Oklahoma City University, completed in 2001. Anna went on to earn an MFA in Arts Administration from Southern Utah University in 2006. Additionally, Anna has obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, SEO Foundations, Creating Online Video with Android Phones, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, BUILD Diversity Certificate Levels I and II, and a Values-Centered Leadership Certificate.
