Jill Lorenzen

Jill Lorenzen is an experienced library and human resources professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Patron Services Librarian and Reference Librarian at Glenview Public Library since November 2019, Jill provides research assistance, develops programming, and manages library statistics. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at UOP Engineering & Equipment and HR professional in various capacities at Nestle USA, where Jill focused on talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science and dual Master's degrees in Human Resources & Industrial Relations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
