Aparna Singh is an accomplished talent management and executive search professional with extensive experience in providing strategic insights and recruitment solutions. Currently serving as an Independent Advisor at GLG since July 2025, Aparna collaborates with global investors and corporate leaders on talent management and leadership strategies. As an Executive Search Partner at Talent361 since April 2025, Aparna partners with organizational leaders to develop innovative hiring strategies. Previously, Aparna managed talent acquisition for Wipro in the Americas and held positions focused on global executive search at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech and as a Managing Partner in executive hiring. Aparna holds an LLB from Delhi University and is pursuing an Executive Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
