Deborah Outlaw

Deborah Outlaw is a seasoned health care consultant with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Principal at The Outlaw Group since December 2002. Prior to this role, Deborah held positions including Director of Government Relations at Smith Bucklin and Associates, managing health care practice client portfolios, and Director of Congressional Affairs for the National Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers, focusing on the durable medical equipment industry. Early career roles include serving as an Attorney for the Executive Office of the President on drug abuse policy and for the National Drug Policy Board, as well as Director of Congressional Affairs at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Deborah holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, earned between 1977 and 1980.
