Penelope Lie

Penelope Lie is an experienced professional in health product management and strategic advisory roles, currently serving as a Council Member and Industry Advisor at Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, Penelope held the position of Global Vice President at Oracle from November 2001 to April 2023, focusing on health product management and pandemic response systems. Penelope also contributed to the Puget Sound Blood Center as a Board of Trustees member from 2009 to 2015, where leadership roles included chairing the Strategic Planning Committee. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Associate at APM Management Consultants and a Summer/Winter Associate at McKinsey & Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MPH in Public Health from the same institution, and an AB in Anthropology from Harvard University, complemented by participation in the Women Board Directors Development Program at the UW Foster School of Business in 2024.
