Jared Cox

Jared Cox is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Glia since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jared accumulated extensive experience at Genesys from June 2015 to January 2022, where positions included Customer Success Manager, Account Executive in Cloud Sales, and Sales Associate, contributing to the strategic development of sales professionals within the company. Earlier, Jared gained experience as a Wellness Intern at Delaware County Government, focusing on health promotion and wellness initiatives.
