Justin DiPietro is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Glia. Justin has over ten years of experience in strategy consulting, having worked with some of the world's largest companies across a variety of industries.

Justin began their career at Accenture in 2010, where they worked as a strategy consultant for two years. During their time at Accenture, Justin worked on projects for a publishing company, a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, and a major high-tech data storage company.

In 2012, Justin left Accenture to join a large pharmaceutical company as their Go-to-Market Strategy Manager. In this role, Justin was responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the company's oncology division. Justin also managed the budget and marketing for an oncology drug launch, which increased the drug's NPV by $200M through pricing research.

After several years at the pharmaceutical company, Justin co-founded Glia in 2016. Glia is a software company that helps organizations streamline their customer support operations. Under Justin's leadership, Glia has become one of the fastest-growing companies in the customer support software industry.

Justin DiPietro reports to Daniel Michaeli, Co-Founder & CEO. Justin DiPietro works with Carlos Paniagua - Co-Founder & CTO, Jordan Christopher - SVP, Global Sales, and Bryan Dooley - SVP, Customer Solutions.
