Miru Gunarajah

Miru Gunarajah is currently the Head of Revenue Acceleration & Operations at Glia since September 2025, leading a team that focuses on enhancing revenue across go-to-market teams, including sales, BDR, customer success, and marketing operations. Prior to this role, Miru held several key positions at Qualtrics from September 2017 to August 2025, including Global Head of GTM Operations, where substantial improvements in global forecasting and Salesforce execution were achieved. Additional roles at Qualtrics involved ownership of global pipeline management and development of industry strategies, with notable contributions to partner enablement and network growth. Miru's career began at Microsoft, serving as Senior Program Manager Lead, focusing on customer experience and technical readiness for new product launches. Miru holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
