Scott Hathaway

Scott Hathaway has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Scott started their career at Antenna Software in 2002 as a Software Engineer, where they built a visual development environment for mobile applications. Scott then moved to Daiwa Securities in 2004 as a Programmer Analyst, working on web-based trading floor support applications. In 2005, they joined iWay Software and took on multiple roles including Developer, Project Manager/Technical Lead, and Product Manager/Solutions Architect. At iWay Software, they developed integration solutions using Java-based custom components and managed a team of developers. In 2012, they worked at Tervela as a Solutions Architect, designing high throughput, low latency solutions using the Tervela messaging appliance. Scott joined Kony, Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Digital Architect and then moved to Temenos in 2019, where they worked as a Senior Digital Architect before transitioning to the role of Sr. Director, BSG Infinity (Engage). In 2021, they joined Glia as a Senior Sales Engineer and is currently serving as the Principal Sales Engineer.

Scott Hathaway earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma, starting in 1995 and completing the program in 1999. Scott then pursued a BS in Computer Science at the same university, starting in 1999 and completing the program in 2001.
