Michelle Lee has extensive work experience in marketing roles. Michelle started their career at InQpharm as a Senior Product Manager from June 2007 to August 2010. Michelle then joined Kraft Foods and served as an Innovation Manager from August 2010 to April 2012, and later as a Senior Brand Manager from August 2010 to December 2012. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at F&N Foods as a Regional Marketing Manager. Michelle then moved on to DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences, where they held two roles: Regional Marketing Leader ASEAN from May 2017 to November 2023, and Regional Marketing Leader, Asia Pacific from October 2019 to November 2023. Currently, they are working at International Flavors & Fragrances as a Regional Marketing Leader, Greater Asia from May 2021 to November 2023. In 2023, Michelle will be joining GLICO as the Regional Marketing Director for Asia Pacific.
Michelle Lee obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2000. Michelle then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Nutrition from the same university, graduating in 2004. In 2012, Michelle completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy from the University of Strathclyde. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Storytelling for Advertising Campaigns" and "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader" from LinkedIn in 2020.
