Nils Vinje

Nils Vinje has over 20 years of experience in customer success, customer engagement, and leadership. In 2020, they founded B2B Leaders Academy, where they serve as the CEO and Leadership Coach. Nils also hosts the B2B Leadership Podcast and offers monthly leadership training and live coaching. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Glide Consulting, Rainforest QA, Jhana Education, Kontagent, Eightfold Logic, Inc - InboundWriter, and Eightfold Logic, Inc. in various roles, such as Vice President Customer Success, Advisor, Director of Customer Success & GM, Mobile Enterprise, Customer Success Manager Team Lead, Customer Success Manager, Director of Customer Engagement, and Director Professional Services. From 2011 to 2014, they were at Kontagent, Jhana Education, and Eightfold Logic, Inc. in various roles. From 2005 to 2011, they were at Fetch Technologies in roles such as Solutions Consultant and Information Analyst. From 2004 to 2005, they were at Copy Doctor, Inc. as an Account Manager. From 2001 to 2004, they were at Commerce One as a Solutions Consultant.

Nils Vinje obtained their MBA from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration in 2009, majoring in Management and Organizational Behavior. In 2012, they earned a Certified NLP Coach from the Academy of Coaching and NLP. Nils also holds a BS from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, which they obtained in 2000 and majored in Information Systems. In October 2021, they were awarded the 2021 Top 25 Customer Success Influencer from SuccessHACKER.
