Jan Rinkuns Deschamps has over 35 years of experience in IT service management and consulting. Jan currently works as a Senior Engagement Manager at GlideFast Consulting since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology from 2017 to 2020, where they held the roles of Engagement Manager and IT Service Management Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions, leading project teams, and developing proprietary products. Before DXC Technology, Jan worked at Hewlett-Packard from 2005 to 2017 as an IT Service Management Consultant. Jan led global teams, implemented ITSM services, and established a Program Management Office. Jan'scareer began at Electronic Data Systems in 1985, where they worked for over 20 years as an IT Service Management Consultant. In this role, they served as the Global Service Level Management Leader and Client Relationship Manager.

Jan Rinkuns Deschamps holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Eastern Illinois University. Jan also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Northern Illinois University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they have gained certifications in various fields. These certifications include Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, ServiceNow Systems Administration from ServiceNow, Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 2 Implementation from the CMMI Institute, Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management v3 from ITIL, ITIL Service Level Management Practitioner from ITIL, and Practitioners Certificate in Service Level Management v2 from ITIL.
