Joshua Young attended Penn State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Sciences and Technology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they then attended the John F. Welch Leadership Development Center (GE Crotonville) from 2007 to 2013, although it is not clear what degree or field of study they pursued there. In terms of additional certifications, Joshua obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2012 and an ITIL Foundations v3 certification in August 2009.
