Melody Hunter

Melody Hunter is a skilled Technical Consultant with extensive experience in IT and ServiceNow administration. Currently, Melody is employed at GlideFast Consulting since October 2021 after holding a similar position at Cognizant from February 2021 to October 2021. Prior to this, Melody worked at GlideFast Consulting as a CIS - ServiceNow/Technical Consultant and ServiceNow Administrator from July 2017 to March 2020. Melody's expertise in ServiceNow began at Denovo Ventures LLC, where certification as a ServiceNow Administrator was achieved in March 2016, following which Melody served as an Administrator. Earlier in the career, experience as a Service Desk Technician involved managing ticket queues and providing user assistance, and as a Deskside Support Technician at DigitalGlobe, responsibilities included training new hires and managing accounts.
