Robert Webb

Robert Webb has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Robert started their career at Dell as a Senior Helpdesk Technician in 2005. Robert then worked at Circuit City as a Lead Computer Technician before joining CSC as a Helpdesk Technician Senior Associate in 2007.

In 2011, Robert joined Symphony Teleca as a Remedy Administrator and worked there until 2013. Robert then moved to Premier Radiology as a System Administrator from 2013 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2018, Robert worked at Community Health Systems as a ServiceNow Developer. Robert then joined IT Prophets as a ServiceNow Consultant from 2019 to early 2019.

Later in 2019, Robert worked as a ServiceNow Consultant at GSI, Inc. before joining GlideFast Consulting as a Service Delivery Manager and ServiceNow Architect, where they currently work.

Robert Webb attended East Robertson High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their High School Diploma. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:

- ServiceNow Micro-Certification: Performance Analytics from ServiceNow in July 2020.

- ServiceNow Micro-Certification: Flow Designer from ServiceNow in May 2020.
