Ted Truong

Ted Truong has a diverse range of work experience spanning over many years. Ted currently works at GlideFast Consulting as a Senior Engagement Manager, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Crossfuze from 2020 to 2021, also as a Senior Engagement Manager.

Before transitioning into consulting, Ted held various roles at CPP Investment Board. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Senior IT Analyst, Process and Delivery, where they led workflows, process automation, and the deployment of ServiceNow globally. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Senior IT Analyst, Infrastructure Services Management, where they provided reports and metrics and automated ITSM processes.

Additionally, they initially started at CPP Investment Board as an IT Analyst in the Service Desk from 2008 to 2011, providing support and serving as an escalation point.

Ted's career began at News Marketing Canada in 2003, where they briefly worked as a Product Marketing Specialist. Ted then worked as a Computer Technician at MDG Computers in 2005. In 2006, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Support Analyst, before moving on to the Toronto Transit Commission as part of the Desktop Services team in 2007.

Overall, Ted Truong has demonstrated a strong background in IT and project management, with particular expertise in IT service management, infrastructure, and process improvement.

Ted Truong has a Bachelor of Computer Science with Business option from the University of Waterloo. Ted has also obtained several certifications including Certified Agile Project Manager (Cert.APM) from the Project Management Association of Canada in June 2018, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in November 2015, and ITIL Operational Support and Analysis (ITIL-OSA), ITIL Release Control and Validation (ITIL-RCV), ITIL Service Operation from Pink Elephant. Additionally, they have a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow.
