Raj Khanna

Raj Khanna is the VP of Engineering at Xperi. He leads a global development team of 150+ engineers responsible for building cloud services for IPTV and media-centric consumer products used by millions of customers in the US, Europe, and Latin America. He also leads the DevOps team that automates much of the development process for faster time to market. Raj oversees the technical roadmap and execution to provide customers with the best streaming experience regardless of the source – Live TV, OTT, VOD, or Network DVR.

Raj has over 20 years of experience in leading organizations through innovation and technology transformation. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at TiVo, where he led Advertising, Server Platform, Metadata, and Audience Research groups to build systems for Personalized Search, Recommendation, and Targeted Advertising. Raj believes high-performance teams require strong engineering culture and org design.
