Michael Pettersson

Michael Pettersson is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in CRM development and retail business transformation. As a Partner, Co-founder, and CEO of Glimt since August 2019, Michael leverages a rich background that includes roles such as Senior Retail Business Developer at Volvo Cars, where responsibility encompassed global business process development and transformation. Previous positions include CRM Manager at Polestar AB, Manager of CRM Development and Support at Dentsply Sirona, and various roles focused on CRM analysis and project management across multiple organizations. Michael holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Information Systems from the University of Gothenburg, obtained between 1996 and 2002.
