Andrew Regan attended the University of Warwick from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Politics. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Kent from 1997 to 1998, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science.
