Ami Lau

Ami Lau is an accomplished operations and human resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Glint Lab, Ami has previously held multiple leadership roles at Reveal Biosciences, including Vice President Operations, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager. Prior experience also includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Adelphia and Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, as well as Human Resources Generalist at National Instruments. Ami Lau holds a Master of Arts in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
