Eva Juliana Purba

Eva Juliana Purba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Since January 2019, Eva has served as a Senior Consultant Leader at Glints, where responsibilities include establishing client relationships, managing a team of Associate Consultants, and ensuring the alignment of talent with client hiring needs. Previously, Eva held roles as a Senior Talent Manager and Talent Manager, leading teams and managing key performance indicators. Prior to Glints, Eva gained experience as an Assistant Event Coordinator for an international conference at Universitas Jambi and completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Eva also participated in an exchange program at Charles Darwin University after earning a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Jambi in 2018.
