Zheng Peng Lim

Zheng Peng Lim is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Cross Border Delivery & Regional BizOps at Glints, where leadership spans the delivery function for remote hiring across six countries as well as overseeing the entire recruitment service business. Prior experience includes roles as Regional BizOps Manager at Glints, Head of Training at CareerSocius, and Co-Founder & Head of Technical Sales at NaviX Solutions. Zheng also gained extensive expertise during various positions at Schneider Electric, including Consumption Sales Specialist and System Architect, as part of a prestigious graduate program. Early experiences include leading digital transformation efforts at British American Tobacco and serving as President of the NTU Sports Club. Zheng holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
